Guizhou Red Whether Standard Parts Manufacturing Co.Ltd was established on June 17, 2015, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan and a staff size of 30. The company boasts a standardized production workshop covering 1,000 square meters. Located at No. 173, Heishitou Group, Jiagang Village, Yangchang Town, Wudang District, Guiyang City, the company is a wholly-owned limited liability company specializing in the manufacturing, processing, and sales of machinery. Since its establishment, it has been deeply engaged in the field of metal and non-metal parts, including general-purpose components, fasteners, and assembly parts. In terms of production equipment: our machining centers and wire-cutting machines offer high precision and high efficiency, ensuring smooth multi-process machining of products; multiple CNC lathes form a dedicated turning unit capable of meeting the turning requirements of parts with various specifications; wire-electrode cutting and electrical discharge machining equipment provide crucial support for the fabrication of precision molds and complex components; thread-rolling machines, milling machines, drilling machines, and tapping machines are meticulously specialized, forming a complete system for threading, milling, and tapping operations. A variety of stamping machines, available in different tonnages, can accommodate diverse stamping needs while balancing flexibility and stability. Additionally, vibratory grinding and polishing enhance the surface quality of parts, while laser marking machines enable precise engraving, satisfying both standardized product requirements and customers’ personalized demands. In this way, from raw material processing all the way to finished product delivery, every step is taken with steady, reliable progress. As for quality inspection, our company is equally well-equipped with professional devices: projectors for precise measurement of part dimensions, hardness testers for rapid assessment of material and part hardness, tensile and torsional testing machines for evaluating product performance, and a full set of metallographic testing equipment that plays a critical role in thoroughly analyzing the internal structure of materials. By controlling product quality at the very source, we ensure that every single product leaving our factory meets stringent standards and customer requirements.

The yellow anodizing treatment of aluminum alloy materials is a process that uses electrochemical methods to form an alumina oxide film on the surface, giving it a yellow appearance.
